Advanced Voronoi

It would be useful to have a version of voronoi which can output splines that interlink its cells, and also another set of splines for where cells intersect.

Additionally, a warp option which applies to both of these would be extremely useful. With these, it would be possible to make enormous rivers and lakes that run down slopes and intersect chunks without issue.
