Unable to bake lights onto terrain with Bakery

I have an empty project with MapMagic and Bakery, I currently cannot bake lights onto the terrain. Bakery settings are on the right of Scene View and if you click on the Bakery Preview tab, you can click preview to see the problem.

The terrain doesn't show up at all, as if it doesn't exist. I've tried to make the terrain static but it doesn't make a difference. When I try to bake, lighting and shadow information are baked only into meshes and not terrain.

Below is the project with the aforementioned issue, I've also sent the same link to the guys at Bakery.

Thanks!

Turns out I had to untick "instanced" in the terrain settings and make the terrain static. Not sure if this affects MapMagic though, but light baking with Bakery is now working.

The only thing Draw Instanced does is enabling instancing switch in Unity terrain. Seems that Bakery isn't working with instancing.
