Minimum Links For Splines

There should be an option for minimum links culling, recursively or not.

That way roads leading and coming from nowhere will be completely tossed out.

Less about getting rid of 'dead ends' and more about getting rid of floating roads. Getting rid of dead ends, though, would also be possible.
