Use a mask while spawning objects

Currently you can use a mask after scattering objects, but that decreases the amount of total objects spawned.
It would be cool to have a mask during the scattering of objects so the amount is guaranteed.
For example, useful for putting a player spawn point somewhere on the map.

I put my player spawns on earlier in the cycle during the initial scatter. But it seems a valid point. a simple Max Objects would seem to fix it (if that existed) and just spawn more than you need.

I might play with this because it seems likely something that will be needed.

The Scatter generator works a bit different - it places objects in grid, and then slightly offsets them to make it look random. It is not true random with defined object count.

However Random node is true random. I will think about adding mask here (and as far as I remember in MM1 it had a mask).
