Add support for Terrain Descriptor Data

In order to support "Terrain Blending" in Microsplat, apparently you need to output the Terrain Descriptor Data?? This is from maker of MicroSplat:

Don't even know what terrain descriptor data is, but I'll look MS to find it out. Thanks for letting me know!

Thanks! According to Jason Booth, it's "it's just an RGBA half texture with height/normal in it"

Jason switched to using normals, that you can assign in recent versions
