Windows 10 in my case, and i think this issue will apear on every 2020 build

Yes, me too. As far I could tell from the code, something concernig the editor popup window must have changed in unity 2020..

Having the same issue already posted on Discord and on Unity forum a image about it, the popup window for Add(Create) ... Group Graph vanishes in 2020.1 for MM2 please fix asap. 2020.1 is needed for the fixed 4GB resource file limitations and is pretty stable.

To use the new-style right-click menu on 2020 enable Experimental Features in Window - MapMagic - Settings (since ver.2.0.3)

Unity 2020.3 - zoom and scroll do not work within the graph node editor.
